The Flora Experience offers guests aged 18 and above the opportunity to unwind and indulge in a truly immersive and serene atmosphere. With state-of-the-art facilities including luxurious locker rooms, a rejuvenating whirlpool, a soothing steam room, an invigorating infrared sauna, and a tranquil lounge area, this add-on promises the ultimate relaxation experience. *Available only as an add-on to a scheduled suite facial or massage. Bathing suits are required.

Etiquette
The Flora Experience is a relaxing and tranquil environment. Please speak softly and respect all guests’ rights to peace, privacy, and personal space.
Cell phone use, photography, and videography are not permitted in the lounge and shared spaces in order to maintain a calm, private atmosphere.
Arrival & Amenities
All Suite Facials, Massages, and Body Treatments include one hour of The Flora Experience. We recommend arriving the hour prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to enjoy our amenities.
Bar Facials do not include time in The Flora Experience, but access is available for purchase.
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the spa.
The Flora Experience is a co-ed area. Proper swimwear is required to use the whirlpool, steam room, and infrared sauna.
Secure lockers are available in the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. Please store all personal belongings securely, and note that Flora Spa & Aesthetic Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Locker rooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryers, robes, towels, and sandals for your convenience.
Health & Safety Notice
Use of the whirlpool, steam room, infrared sauna, and relaxation lounge is at your own risk.
These amenities may not be suitable for everyone. Elderly individuals, pregnant persons, or those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or other medical concerns should consult a physician before use.
If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell at any time, please exit the facility immediately and notify a team member.
If you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, we do not recommend using the amenities.

By choosing to use the whirlpool, steam room, infrared sauna, or relaxation lounge, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after use. Flora Spa & Aesthetic Bar, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, aggravation of medical conditions, or other adverse outcomes that may arise from the voluntary use of these facilities.
